Brokerage: All trade execution and custody of funds are handled by Vantage Global Limited (Vanuatu). Xenith Capital is not liable for any insolvency, technical failure, or negligence on the part of the broker.
Technology: We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, latency, internet outages, or platform errors (via Pelican Trading) that may affect the execution of trades.
Viruses
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes, and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
